Debra Savage – 301-616-4085
Born and raised in Garrett County, Debra Savage has worked in and around the real estate industry for nearly
a decade. A graduate of the Real Estate Institute, Debra
is certified as a Residential Resort Specialist and previously served as the Chairman of the Garrett County Board of Realtors MRIS Committee.
Originally licensed in Vermont, Debra couldn’t stay
away from her home in Maryland too long – she returned
to practice real estate locally after successfully owning
and operating McClive’s restaurant and The Holly and Ivy,
a retail Christmas shop. When not showing clients around town, Debra can be found in her garden or actively involved with other activities in and around Deep Creek Lake. |

Lydell Savage – 301-616-8273
Like his sister Debra, Lydell is also a Garrett County native.
A father of five, Lydell is also a grandfather of two and lives in the nearby town of Oakland. Before starting his career in Real Estate, Lydell owned and still operates his own business - Preferred Lawn - for 13 years with divisions in both the Baltimore/Washington and in Garrett County.
When not helping his clients sell or purchase property, Lydell can be found helping his son with Preferred Lawn and coaching his kids in their sporting activities. |
